I’m having same problem using Plex remote access since installing NordVPN. I travel very often and really must have Plex remote access. My work around is to use only the browser extension of NordVPN. If I occasionally lose remote access to Plex I re-enable by having my NordVPN browser extension ON.

Do the same in plex remote connection settings. Basically NordVPN blocks nearly every port, but they cannot block them all otherwise the VPN wouldn't be very useful. I don't know what all ports are open in NordVPN. If I'm missing something or if you see a flaw in this please let me know.
